Główne kierunki badawcze:

W zakładzie prowadzone są prace naukowe z mechaniki kwantowej i jej podstaw, symetrii układów fizycznych, metod algebraicznych w zastosowaniu do teorii jądra atomowego, teorii grawitacji, modeli kosmologicznych i fizyki czarnych dziur.
Ponadto prowadzone są wstępne prace dotyczące informatyki kwantowej.
